Dear Patient,

As of October 1st 2018 I will no longer be a participating provider, in-network, for the Aetna insurance company. As of September 1st 2018 they have changed the fee schedule as well as requiring all PT and Chiropractic visits be pre-certified.   I decided to terminate my in-network status, after much deliberation, with this insurance company due to the fact that their reimbursement rates are just too low at this point in time and the fact that they require the precertification.  We apologize for the late notice.  We were told it would be 90 days but then received our date of termination for October 1st.     

What does this mean for you?  Well, I can still treat you; at the time of service I will charge you my base fee for 2018 and provide you with a receipt that you can then submit to Aetna for reimbursement. If you need to stay ‘in-network’ with your insurance company I can refer you to another local chiropractor or you can check your insurance website for other choices.  If you have any questions please call us at 215-885-8730.
