Biography:

Stuart B. Tollen was born on October 5, 1964. He is the youngest of three children born to Joe and Hertza Tollen. He has a brother, Larry, and a sister, Amy. When Stuart was 7 years old, his family moved to Abington, where he attended Highland Elementary and Abington High Schools. Stuart was captain of the Abington High swim team and Penn State University Ogontz swim team, where he earned his bachelor of arts in General Arts and Sciences degree in 1986.

Following graduation from Penn State University, Stuart pursued his career as a chiropractor, and was accepted into one of the most prestigious chiropractic colleges in the East - Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA. Dr. Tollen opened his practice on November 17, 1990, and his first patient was none other than his mother, Hertza Tollen. Since that time many changes have taken place in his life. Dr. Tollen received his accreditation as a Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician in April 1992. He and Melinda, whom he met during his graduate studies, were married on July 15, 1995; their son, Cooper, was born on June 15, 1996, and their son, Riley, was born on May 7, 1999. Dr. and Mrs. Tollen are also the "proud parents" of a black Labrador retriever, Boomer; and a golden retriever, Kodi, and one cat, Jonesy.

Dr. Tollen is the secretary and past-President of the Kiwanis Club of Jenkintown, a member of the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce, and Vice-President of the Jenkintown Business Association. His professional affiliations include the American Chiropractic Association, the Pennsylvania Chiropractic Association, the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council, and the Federation for Chiropractic Education and Research. His spare time (when he has any) activities include running, golfing and skiing.

Since beginning his career ten years ago, Dr. Tollen's practice, with the help of his patient's referrals, has grown considerably. Having a career, in which he is able to provide care that enables so many people to restore their health, is truly a rewarding experience.
